A few years ago, when I was still in school, we would go to the shopping center at noon to eat lunch. If the weather was nice enough, we would sit on the steps in front of the provincial administrative center.
Once I was having a nice chat with some friends on those steps when suddenly an older man came standing behind me and pulled my hair. It was a short, painless pull which made me think he pulled my hair just to feel it, as if he was some kind of hair fetishist. Before I realized what had happened, the man had already disappeared.
My friends saw the guy too and were just as startled as I was.
Around the same time I heard from schoolmates that they were harassed by the same man. It always happened in the vicinity of the shopping center and the man always pulled the girls’ hair after which he quickly disappeared.
